Wow! We decided to end our anniversary outings with our first trip to Circus Flora at the Big Top and it totally didn't disappoint! We got to see Undercover on opening night, bravo guys especially to The Flying Archers! Keep up the effort!
The theme and skill involved was on point. Also it was hilarious!
We sat in the second row which was totally worth it! However the place is small so any seat is a good seat I think.
Tix were a little hard to find on their website but once you find the right webpage it's simple. Please go support!
Such a fun show! We got to see this season’s “Under Cover” performance and it was delightful! The acts this year are all superb, and the tent has A/C 🙌🏻 I cannot recommend a Circus Flora show enough! …
I was captivated since the opening. I absolutely enjoyed every minute. Yes they use animals in their act, but the animals looked healthy and happy. Prices on food and water was fairly cheap for a show of any kind ($2 water 20oz) children and adults may be picked out of the crowd to participate, and applauding is frequent. Even got me to sing along at the end. They got me lol.
I’ve gotten to go to several shows over the years and these artists never disappoint! It’s a smaller venue so the experience is wholly different from any other circus you’ll attend. Their roots in theater means the show has a story too and you’ll enjoy it no matter how old or young you are. They have a new AC unit this year bbrrrrrrrr!
If you've never been to Circus Flora, WHY NOT?!?! This circus is truly one of the crown jewels of St Louis. That's right. Circus Flora is a hometown circus every June. No need to wait for some traveling show to come through town. It's right here in Grand Center.
Where else can you see world class tight rope walkers, aerialists, jugglers, stunt performance, and acrobatics in one place at the same time every year? Circus Flora. Or, Las Vegas. Your pick. Spend thousands on a flight and hotel and meals and tickets to see circus acts in Las Vegas OR spend a $100 for the whole family to see it all RIGHT. FRIGGIN. HERE. Seriously. Every year is an amazing show. Mark it on your calendar for every June. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I had the amazing experience of performing as an organ grinder at Circus Flora for three seasons I’ll always remember those times and will be grateful to David Baldwin for the once-in—a-lifetime experience…
Awesome Show. Took the family and had a great time. Prices are very reasonable for tickets and food and drinks.
For a small circus it really packs a punch. All the acts were quite entertaining. Originally seeing so many young kids with their parents attending the circus, I expected it to be another kiddy oriented circus but I was pleasantly surprised that it delivered entertainment value for teens and adults as well. Our favorites acts had to be the trampoline act, the woman who swung by her hair, the contortionist and the aerial act performed by the couple in the dream sequence. They were worth the price of admission alone but add to that mix, a funny mc who knows how to get laughs, the show really exceeded our expectations.I would recommend it to all ages and don't worry about buying the cheap seats, the small venue gives almost every seat a pretty good view. Oh, and one last thing if you end up going in late October like we did (because the show which usually has it's performances earlier in the year was delayed due to COVID) then make sure to dress warmly. We wore hats, gloves, scarves and warm winter jackets but being in a fairly open tent, by the end of the show we were all very very cold. Brrr!
